Open water swimming DVD Series 1

The Rick Kiddle Coaching Open Water Swimming Series has been created to help you learn how to maximise your swimming potential in open water. This is the most daunting aspect of triathlon for many and we leave no question unanswered to give you all the experience that Rick Kiddle has gained in over 25 years as a competitor and triathlon coach.

Although aimed at novices some of the techniques have been developed for elite triathletes. Everyone will benefit from this must have DVD.
