thanks for all the help you gave us in the lead up to the London triathlon. I might not have been as fast as Vernon but I beat my target time of 3 and a half hours

RKC Cancellation Policy, terms and conditions.

If you cancel a session within 24 hours you will be liable to pay the full session charge that was booked for. Once a booking has been made if you wish to change or cancel it this must be done prior to this 24 hour period and confirmed by RKC, otherwise a 50% charge of the agreed session must be paid immediately. By booking a session you agree to these RKC terms and conditions.
