RKC Cycling Series 1

This DVD has been created to motivate, excite and challenge you to train indoors.

Whether its cold, dark or wet and there's a chance you might not train, now you can ride the workouts that will help you reach your personal goals.

The DVD includes, bike setup, heart zones test, 20 minute base training ride, 45 minute high end endurance challenge ride and a 1 hr competition race ride.
