Test your fitness to find out where you can more easily improve, to identify you key advantages or as a measure of your success

Triathlon Analysis Days

Want to start out in Triathlon, or want to improve your Triathlon technique. This course offers a full day of training and anlysis.


Start of with a full Fitness Test worth £80 and continue on to analyse every aspect of the triathlon discipline.

Monthly schedules are periodized, progressive and structured. Tailored to each person they are based on an individual's lifestyle, goals, past training and time available. Each person will fill out a lifestyle questionnaire that asks relevant questions.

Open Water Swimming Courses

Open Water Swimming Course Dates - View/Print or Download Dates (word doc)
All Courses start promptly at Heron Lake at 6.45am and Finish 8.15am approx.

Note:
RKC retains the right to change Course dates and times without prior notice.
All swimmers swim at their own risk and must sign a Waiver Form before the
Course commences.

Fill out the Rules and Waiver Form prior to coming to Heron Lake to save you time. This needs to be filled out once a year.

A competence form needs to be filled out before attending a course and sent to Rick Kiddle so that he can asses which level of course is appropriate to the attendee.

There will be level 3 courses available to people who are interested and have
completed 1 & 2 or are elite triathletes.

From non swimmers to Olympic Triathletes

This session will last for approximately 2hrs including theory followed by a practical session with coaches. Please arrive promptly with your wetsuit on (there is wetsuit hire available - but leave plenty of time to do this).

The theory will cover basics as outlined below as well as giving you time to get into groups depending on your level of ability.

If you are now confident you will move on too:

3. Pack Swimming in your group, close proximity swimming

4. Individual 100, 200, 400 Time Trial (choose your distance)
